Where to eat on campus:

There are a number of food and drink outlets which surround the Mile End campus, including Subway, Nando’s, the Co-op and Tesco’s, however the Mile End campus has a wide variety of cafes and restaurants on-site which cater for all diet and individual preferences, all at affordable prices:

Drapers Bar is one of the best student venues in the country. By day serving a variety of delicious food and drink transforming into a stunning style bar in the evening. Stacked with state of the art sound and lighting system and London’s best DJs makes Drapers Bar the venue of choice any night of the week.

Drapers is open until 9pm, with some great deals on offer for staff and students.

Infusion is the perfect place if you’re in a hurry! Offering a wide range of tasty sandwiches and wraps, with a great vegetarian and halal selection, hot and cold drinks, sweets, cakes and healthy snacks.

Ground Cafe Relax in the high street style cafe in the heart of campus. Situated behind the library, serving fresh Costa Coffee, ice cold frappes and soft drinks. Choose from the variety of toasted handmade paninis, flatbreads and wraps or indulgent cakes, muffins and treats. The perfect place to hang out between lectures, group study or catch up with friends.

The Village Shop is the one and only campus convenience store offering a huge selection of food from the co-operative range and specialising in fair trade products. Look out for the great promotional deals throughout the year.

Mucci’s is a traditional Italian trattoria offering freshly prepared food at great-value prices. Their expert chefs use top-quality ingredients to create a range of delicious Italian dishes (including vegetarian) as well as a daily specials menu.

The Curve offers students three great catering choices in a modern, relaxed, and open-plan area:

• The Deli Counter serves a selection of hot and cold ‘grab and go’ snacks and soft drinks, Monday – Friday 11am – 2.30pm.

• The Curve Eatery serves a selection of breakfast options (including a traditional English breakfast) as well as a daily changing menu of delicious international hot and cold dishes during the lunch and evening meal service.

World Marché delivers flavours from around the world and includes the Chef’s Theatre where global foods will be cooked before your eyes. Options include Costa coffee, pastries, tapas, salads, paninis and sandwiches. Sit outside during the warmer months and enjoy views of the canal.
