Registration Site

Please go to http://eshop.qmul.ac.uk/conferences-and-events/conferences-events/conferences-events/web-audio-conference-2017 and follow the instructions to register for the conference.

Fees include

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks
  • Lunches
  • Concerts on 21 and 23 August 2017 (but not additional refreshments)
  • Conference dinner 22 August 2017 (1 place)
  • Conference pack

Payment

Payment by credit card preferred.

Paying by Bank transfer or Cheque
If you are unable to use a credit card and your Institution has to be invoiced please go to the link above and follow the instructions through to the summary. Click on ‘view pending booking’ and you will be taken to a summary page with the option to print. Print a copy and email it to wac2017@qmul.ac.uk with the subject line: ‘Request invoice’, providing details of who the invoice should be addressed to and any particular information which may be required. An invoice will then be emailed to you for settlement.

Refund policy
No refunds after 30 June 2017 but you may substitute attendees.

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a Visa to visit the UK please register first and then send an email to wac2017@qmul.ac.uk with the subject line: ‘Invitation letter’ and provide the registration booking reference.

Student Verification

For those registering as students, please bring a valid student ID card or other form of documentation to verify that you are a student when you arrive at the conference.
